DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class within 1 day, Mon – Sat. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 days after the expected time of delivery, please contact us for information. Please note that, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address as well as the valid contact information.

We also have a Special Next Day delivery option operated by Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed service. If you order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.

If you order before 1PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order after 1PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on the next working day. Payment for your order must be cleared before 1PM otherwise your order will not be posted.

VAT is included in the total price you pay (we’ll include a VAT invoice with your purchase as standard).

Return policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to email our Customer Service department at info@fulloflashes.co.uk Please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:

  1. Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned goods that are marked or otherwise damaged.
  2. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
  3. Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by tracked mail. Returns must be sent to:
